Service Warranty

All our repair services come with a comprehensive warranty:

  • 90-Day Warranty: All parts and labor are covered for 90 days from the date of service
  • Parts Warranty: Replacement parts are warranted for the manufacturer warranty period
  • Same Issue Guarantee: If the same problem returns within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Pre-authorized cancellations before work begins
  • Diagnostic fees waived if repair is completed
  • Parts returned to inventory in original condition

Non-Refundable Items

  • Diagnostic fees once assessment is complete
  • Special-ordered parts (non-returnable to supplier)
  • Work already completed and approved
  • Service calls where customer is not present

To request a refund or discuss concerns:

  2. Explain the issue or concern
  3. We will evaluate and respond within 48 business hours
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Cash Payments: Refunds by check or store credit
  • Store Credit: Available as an alternative refund option
